Slogan for the 13th Fiscal Year: Commitment

As of April 2025, Sync Logistics has entered its 13th fiscal year. We appreciate your continued support.
In this issue, I’d like to introduce the slogan we’ve chosen for our 13th year: Commitment.

■ Why We Set a Slogan Each Year

The environment around our company is constantly changing. However, with the growth of our population and branches, I find myself having fewer opportunities to speak with each employee in person.

It is becoming increasingly important for every member of the company to approach their work with a unified mindset, which is why we set a slogan each year.

■What “Commitment” Means at Sync Logistics

While the word “commitment” typically means assurance, responsibility, and pledge, in our company it holds an additional meaning: it represents bringing a proactive mindset to your behavior and responsibilities to achieve our goals. Commitment applies to all members, regardless of their position or role.

As President, I now commit myself to leading the business, but I also had a commitment as a new graduate employee.
What remains unchanged is my dedication to engaging with every person I interact with, and considering the meaning behind the tasks assigned to us. That spirit of commitment has remained the foundation of my work throughout the years.

■Commitment Builds the Future

In April, we established a new subsidiary. The person appointed to lead it is a woman who joined Sync as a new graduate just three years ago. Her promotion is the result of the consistent commitment she has shown in her work. I wish her the best of luck on this new journey.

I encourage every team member to reflect on their own commitments and take action inspired by their proactive mindsets. I firmly believe that this attitude will empower us to fulfill our commitments.
