■ Purpose of the redesign
There were two main purposes for this redesign.

1.) Development of our information dissemination structure and content expansion
Updating our website has not kept up with our business and organizational expansion.
In order to clarify information on our pages, we have redesigned the entire website; added a message from our president and CEO, case studies (customer interviews), and partner company interviews; expanded our business pages; and established a latest news page.
We have laid this groundwork to strengthen the dissemination of information to our customers, partner companies, and employees.

2.) Enhanced dissemination of employment opportunities
The increased need for hiring new graduates and the diversification of the types of mid-career positions available require the enhanced dissemination of job information.
To promote an understanding of our company and to prevent hiring mismatches, we added our values and vision, and interviews with employees.
